Account information: Your email address, used solely for authentication via OTP code (one-time password).

User content: Descriptions you write during daily sessions. These are stored privately and associated with your account.

Usage data: Minimal technical data necessary for the service to function (e.g., session timing).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used only to send sign-in links. Your descriptions are used to generate private, non-judgmental pattern insights visible only to you. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the core service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). By providing your email address on the sign-up screen and requesting a sign-in link, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Aggregate Insights

Eye-Full may generate anonymous, aggregate observations across all users for a given image. These insights are non-identifiable and cannot be traced back to any individual user. They exist to provide contextual awareness, not comparison.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Descriptions are private by default and are never shared with other users in identifiable form.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Third Parties

We will never sell, rent, or provide your personal information to third parties. Your data belongs to you. We may use trusted service providers for infrastructure (hosting, authentication), who are bound by strict data processing agreements and may only process data on our behalf to operate the service.

8. AI & Machine Learning

Pattern insights are generated using language analysis. We do not train AI models on user-identifiable data. Insights are observational, never interpretive or prescriptive.

9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right to data portability (Article 20): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Eye-Full provides a built-in data export feature, accessible from your Account page, which allows you to download all of your sessions, observations, and insights as a JSON file at any time.

Right to erasure: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page.

10. Cookies

Eye-Full uses only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
